Brush your teeth twice everyday, rinse your mouth after every meal and floss at least once a day. Regular dentist check ups are also recommended even if you have healthy teeth, as at times the dentist can see and prevent a disease before it occurs. If you have dentures, ensure you remove and clean them on a daily basis as well.
