Applying Lipstick

Lipsticks are one of the most used make-up items in the current times. The Lips are considered to be an attractive and most sexy part of a Woman and all the young Women want to emphasize the appearance of their Lips by applying Lipsticks and other associated Cosmetic items like Lip Gloss.

While applying make up you can make your Lips to appear soft and light pink, by lining them with pink Lip Pencil and use the pink-toned lip-gloss. Depending on your skin tone and the other facial make up you are wearing the other shades that will suit you are light mauve, plum with a bit of sheer shimmer Gold, pinkish red that may have the touch of sheer shimmer Gold, red and red brown.

Ladies with light and medium skin color should use pale natural shades of pencil for defining the lips and to give them a better shape along with clear lip gloss with a sheer silver shimmer for a natural look. For the dark-skinned Ladies soft pink, reddish brown and deep brown shades of Lip sticks can be used with a lighter or alike shade of Lip gloss for their Lips to look fuller and fresh. The use of Lipsticks can be made more efficient by using Lip Gloss also in a very systematic and careful manner.

To have some extra Gloss effect on your Lips take the Gloss on the back of your hand until it collects in a tiny heap and spread it on your Lips and spread it equally on your Lips. To apply the Lips Gloss on a Lip with lines apply it on the middle of the Lips so that the gloss and Lipstick do not stain much over the Lips and cause feathering.

To make you look more full apply the Lip-gloss to the center of the Mouth and by this you can avoid the matte Lipsticks from drying and flaking by using a Lip Primer or Color fixative before applying it. To look more gorgeous and give a special effect on the application of Lipstick to compliment to the overall make up, you can use a Lipstick/Lip Gloss combination in sheer silver, gold color.

Moisture is very important for the health of your Lips and the entire make up and the Lipstick you use on them must be capable of giving that moisture to your Lips. Always Vitamin E is good for Lips as it gives them a likely glow, with good moisture. Lip balms are applied before applying Lipstick to keep your Lips moisturized, nourished and obviously rosy.

Any type of Lipstick application must prevent the Lips from freshening and developing of cracks. Creamy Lipsticks should be used for daily use to keep your Lips moisturized and add a wet look with the help of Lip Gloss. For a daytime look that lasts all the day long, use a soft lip pencil to define the lips, use natural color lipstick, spot it with the tissue and avoid the gloss but in night, blend the pencil line with the lipstick using sponge applicator, to make lips appear fuller and get that spouty look and gloss them over.
