Exfoliation

It is necessary to exfoliate our skin once a week and excess will irritate and damage the skin. Exfoliation excites your skin to produce more collagen. Collagen is a binding tissue which firms up your skin. Researchers prove that vitamin C is an important source of antioxidant and it is the main factor in anti-ageing and anti-wrinkles. It also offers a limited protection from sun’s UV rays. Lines and wrinkles respond better to a scrub of oatmeal, sugar, corn meal, fresh citruses and honey.
