Women constitute about 50% of the total population in the world.  Women are an important part of a society with a great deal of responsibilities.

The responsibilities of a woman includes taking care of the children, doing part-time job so as to earn and help take care of the finances, as well as helping the children to complete their homework, cook food, clean home, doing chores.

This is one typical roles of women, but really important.  Women have made their way to almost all the professions with men and have shown that they can do much better than what is expected from them.  At this day and age, women are excelling in all the fields.

At this day and age, women have realized that they need to have a stable career where they are working and pursuing their careers so that they are able to better manage any mishaps that might occur in the future.

The women in the developing countries are still trying to make their way to get the education and the literacy rates in those countries is rising up as the women are getting the awareness as to how important it is to get educated and have a stable career.

Since most of the women who are illiterate, do not know their rights and are living a dependent life where they are bearing all the hardships that they are made to go through and they do not raise their voice but bear everything on themselves.

I am unable to understand as to why women are treated like that, there are a lot of good examples too, but in general if we go through a global scenario, we will see that women are treated as an inferior being, which does not make any sense at all.

I believe that women should be given their rights and must be given the due respect and care.
